Accept that the creation of another zone in the face of one that's going
to be deleted in two months makes this zone 7 idea a bad one. It'd be much
easier for you to migrate your region to zone 6.

Browzing the nodelist, I believe the Russian/Ukrainian nodes have the
majority to call for and elect a new Z2C from your own ranks...

Perhaps it would be best then, to elect your own Z2C and that would
provide you with a means to do with the present zone, that which pleases
all of you. You shouldn't let a minority rule over you when you can do
that very easily with all of those Russian nodes in the zone. They
outnumber the rest of the zone.
