Serves him right for being a fuckwit, working for a fucked company.

Formulab is another case in point. They "back-door" listed, paying the
shareholders of the reverse take-over company 10 cents and I think
raised some capital from the public at that price. Late last year I told
any of my clients holding them that they *must* sell before December 2.
They reached $1.52 that day, the day of their major presentation in New
York to facilitate their listing on the US exchange. Within 2 days they
were 80 cents-ish. Now trading between about 38 and 60. IMHO they're
worth less than Sausage, less than *your* valuation of Sausage. :-)
