Actually, it's a question of passing an open port between 16 & 32-bit apps
under '95. MS, in it's infinite wisdom, did not allow that in the design.
In any case, since any Dos BBS (or mailer, for that matter) needs command.com
(which is 16-bit) to invoke the BBS, well... You get the idea. ;(
I've been told that programming to the TAPI is one solution (one which,
apparently Scott Dudley will not implement). Also, someone has written a
utility (Binkshim) to allow the use of Bink/NT as a front end for Wildcat!5
