It's available on CD as a Japanese import, as is the second, _Sufficiently 
Breathless_.  Prices are in the $22-$25 range in this area, not eggzackly 
cheap, but if you've got the yen...
Number 3, _Dawn Explosion_ has recently been released domestically by the One 
Way label, so maybe there's hope of the first pair showing up in North 
America some day.
They've recently rereleased the first two Mason Proffit albums on one disc 
for only $10 retail...  That'd be a little too much to hope for from CB, I 
guess, and the albums are probably slightly too long to cram on one disc 
anyhow...
