> GC> As of today I have 23 beavers and 21 cubs registered so
Well, I am now up to 25 Beavers and 25 Cubs - and we are now closed to new
boys (except in special situations of course). And I have been lucky enough
to secure 8 Leaders at Beavers and 7 for Cubs!
> It sounds like a good deal for the boys. I took a little vacation from

This is my last year as Group Chairman - I told the group that they better
start looking for a replacement as I woud either be taking a year off or
taking a position in a very low intensity job - I took on the Districts
Honours and Awards position this year and maybe that is all I wil do next
year. Time will tell.

That would be great. The cookbook may take a few new twists. Our District
is putting together a cookbook and I have given them 29 recipes to include if
they wish. I will still try and put together something usable by myself but
in the mean time the district will be compiling and selling a cookbook
(kitchen and field) and should have it ready for X-mas. I will let everyone
know and if people are interested we can make arrangements to sell some
copies through me.
> We have a camporee coming up with orienteering, lashing and cooking

Sounds like fun! Eat some fish for me!:)

> buy some?
Details man I need details! Price, style, materials, shipping time and
method etc.
