Yep, been there, done it!!! Reweaving the thread in is a pain, but it does 
work! 
I find if I baste across the material every 10th vertical thread I tend to 
catch my mistakes a lot quicker.
Do you have a favorite designer in hardanger? I've got a couple of Emily 
Bishops that are nice.
Do you do ribbon embroidery?
I've done a few ribbon earrings and small pins and done a lot of taking about 
wanting to do my jumper but it's been all talk so far! 
I did pick up a new hardback book called two-hour silk ribbon embroidery by 
Malissa Williams. All I've done is drool over it......
There are few on the echo who are enjoying the art!
