Unbelievable.  Actually, Ted rang me up and said the same thing.  I asked
him what was in the origin line and he said that *I* was reinterpreting
policy.  Bloody hell, as far as I'm aware, I should even be able to be a
point, nevermind someone just reposting one of my messages.
