 I find that Hard to Impossable to believe. The Data transfer rate is
Totaly controlled by the Drive onboard electronics. IT will just NOT try
to accecpt data faster then it is capable of. And when the buffer is
full it will issue a Stop order and wait until it can process what it
has..
