My set has these labeled as above.

This one is labeled tad in my set, but 1/4 tsp is common on all the rest

      Title: Crepes Otero (Raymond Oliver)
 Categories: Dessert
      Yield: 6 Servings
 
     24    Crepes; made according to
           Your favorite recipe
      2 c  Pastry cream; made according
           To your favorite recipe
      1 oz Grand Marnier
      4 oz Superfine sugar; not
           Confectioners'
      2 oz Cognac
      2 oz Grand Marnier
 
  Beat 1 oz Grand Marnier into the pastry cream.
  
  Put 1 generous T pastry cream onto each crepe and roll it up.
  
  Arrange crepes on a buttered baking dish and sprinkle with sugar.
  Broil 3 min or until sugar glazes over.
  
  Flambe the dish with the Cognac and Grand Marnier, heated together.
  
  Serve at once.
