Merlin..  I would say it would be released in August. but the Public Betas
are supposed to be in March! a month and a half is a long time to wait...
And the beta install routines may not be up to warps level (Dunno)

South Africa?  Uhhhhhhhhhh....  I dunno down there, It should be $80-$100
USD up here.. (Could be a little higher or lower)
