She can have oats /if/ they are not processed in a facility that also
processes wheat.  So there are a few brands that are certified GF and
she's fine with those.  (Which is good as we like oatmeal in the morning
when it's a cold winter day)

Laugh, As long as I don't change things at the traditional meals I'm allowed
to stay in the kitchen.  So I make everything the same /but/ I'll add a new
dish that doesn't replace one she likes. LOL
