Not really - it costs them to have someone sitting
there answering messages. OTOH, why open a message
site if they don't plan to use it properly!

There are quite a few things this guy does that I
don't understand, but catalogs often require more than
32c. Worse, many of the catalogs he receives don't
have stamps - they use a postage machine.
