Just because heat-stroke and heat-exhaustion may cause one to die is no
reason to remove the styrofoam insulation from your head. It is wrong and
bad for you to ever remove your safety helmet. Please keep it on your head.
At all times. Remember, most fatalities are due to accidents in the home,
and most of these are falls. Never get out of bed, take a shower, or do any
activity without wearing your helment. It can save your life!
