To increase the speed of a e (16.8) to that of an e+ (19.2) can be done...on 
this side of the world ZyXEL had an upgrade program to change things over. 
They move a few wires around and wammo it was done.  I did hear of some users 
doing this themselves, but I'm not to sure that the risk of srewing up is 
worth it....having said that, I think someone made a text file with the 
instructions on how to do this.  You might want to call a dealer near you to 
sell you this upgrade...where one is I know not!!!..;) Once the "small" 
hardware changes are made you pop in the ROM and off you go. TTYL... Joe
