I believe so.  

I did crosspost over Vladimir's info on the vote as well as the questions
¨related to it.  So far, no one has said anything other than our earlier
¨concensus that the damage which would ensue on a change of this magnatude,
¨needed more support within the region.

The door isnt closed on the future, and not all ZC's have replied since
that ¨crosspost (Z4C is in California for example and will be back in about
a week if ¨I recall it right).

What I am saying is we didnt ignore it, but gave even the expanded
information ¨a chance to be heard.  Since it is very close to what Ward had
already, I doubt ¨anything will change.  Ward brought it up right away some
2 weeks before ¨Vladimir's post.  All 6 chimed in I think.  Whats more
critical is that no one ¨had a voice of dissent over the concensus.  (We
didnt do an official vote with ¨ballots cast etc).
