Nor in known mudslide areas against mudslides. And probably not on the
side of a volcano against ashes and lave. However, I *do* have mine
subsidence coverage on this property since the area was loaded with
bituminous coal mining activity - some of the seams having been cleaned
out over 100 years ago. We get a sinkhole every once in a while. And a
cracked basement wall is fairly commonplace. Since my house is on a slab
the subsidence coverage is relatively inexpensive.

What climate change?   Bv(=  Let the insurers try to use their "acts
of God" weasel exception clauses to deny coverage.

      Title: 312 Climatic Boat Drink 
 Categories: Beverages, Booze, Citrus
      Yield: 1 sunsetter

      2 oz Vodka
  1 1/2 oz Chamboard
  1 1/2 oz Amaretto
  1 1/2 oz Fresh lime juice
      1 oz Simple syrup
           Club soda

  Combine all ingredients in shaker. Shake like a mad man.
  Strain into tall glass with ice. Top with club soda.
