It usually happens during lunch hour in which different teacher supervise the
patio (the area the kids go to wait for the bell). In some cases the teacher
in charge did see it start in other cases it was reported by either the kid
who did the provocing (sp) and was hit or by one of the kids who saw it. I
don't think if has happened in a class. One of the steps was a peer
counsling session with another older kid in which a contract was written.
