Sure, if it doesn't work, send it back for a refund.  That doesn't work
for me.  In any case, after I diagnosed the problem and told them what
to do to fix it, after a month they were able to get someone with access
to the source to take the 5 minutes needed to add the one line that was
needed and it works now.
