I know the drill but it does not work every time. Overhere in Belgium I can
dial 070-777.777 get a second dial-tone and then call anywhere in the world
for the price of virtually a local call, but ... it doesn't connect to many
cellular services for example because several interconnect-services cost
more than what is initially charged hence these calls, when made, are not
completed.
