This _is_ a programming echo, if it has another description on the BBS
you use the description is wrong.

The one for using OS/2 programs (as well as general OS/2 questions) is
OS2, for DOS and Windows programs under OS/2 there is OS2DOS, some
of the other OS/2 related echos are:

OS2REXX - REXX programming and programs
OS2HW   - Hardware discussion related to OS/2
OS2COMM - Communications under OS/2
OS2LAN  - Networking OS/2
