 DVH> -> 1) you have to find the Vio documentation somewhere. its from the
 DVH> OS2 -> 1.x toolkit. its called prcp.inf (search for prcp.zip on some
 DVH> bbs -> near to you).

1) the docu is in prcp.inf which you can find as prcp.zip on nearly every
OS2 BBS worldwide
2) of course you cannot buy the OS2 1.x toolkit anymore. neither the
MicroSoft Toolkit nor the IBM toolkit
3) all OS2 compilers (commercial) HAVE a OS2 toolkit with them (BC, VACPP,WatCom)
4) for a current OS2 toolkit (WITHOUT prcp.inf ! - this was just part of
os2 1.x toolkits) contact IBM. eq. IBM Developer Connection CDs are a tip.
