Ah.  On a ship, we use a spray thingie like many homes have at home to
first ¨rinse then a sort of industrial sized dish washer with all in at
once like home ¨dishwashers are.  It's got just one level but works well
enough and definately ¨sterile when it comes out even if the rare 'ick,
what is that' is still on a ¨fork and has to be hand scrubbed.

We sell the Chief's off now and again to wash the dishes to make money for
crew ¨extras and I get to do that sometimes.  So, I've done it .
