Hello Shannon, I'm sorry. in short I'm testing out a new email editor 
(DCTEdit) on my synchronet bbs and I fat fingered :) The web page you went to 
was just the built in tag line for this editor. Again, sorry :)

But, to answer your question: I would check out MannIRC door from 
http://www.randm.ca. I have it working well on x-bit.
