Hello Tom, TW> Commodore 128. Very nice machine. But the C-64 side was wasted TW> as I far perfered teh CPM side of the machine. In those days there TW> was a very nice seplection of software that would run as it was TW> Osborne/Kaypro compatable. While I'm a bit of a snob on the Commodore 8-bits, preferring an 80-col color screen to the C-64's 40-col screen, there were indeed many business friendly programs for the C-128! I like SuperScript/SuperBase in native 128 mode, and I have dBASE II V2.43* and WordStar 4 for CP/M mode. One of my favorite programming languages (COMAL) was also available for both CP/M and native 128 mode (as well as a very nice C-64 version! The programs could be written generically to run on any of the three modes very nice!) Cheers, Phil Heberer -+- QuikEdit 2.41R+ --- Maximus/2 3.01* Origin: Sursum Corda!
