Just curious,

Does anyone have either the book or the film of the same title?  Are
either of them good/worth it?  Any idea what the film contains?

Also, related, those moments from (I think) a  1967 radio show with
George Martin and the Beatles going over the recording (Martin messes
with the faders on the mixing board etc.).  I have some excerpts, is
there more of this?  Is there a complete recording available?  I'm NOT
talking about the later stuff from the Anthology.
