JW> Roslind's diabetes doctor promotes the idea of five small meals
JW> daily. And since the gall bladder surgery she shouldn't have a lot
JW> of fat in any given meal but it's fine spread out over several
 JW> meals.

I had heard that without a gall bladder, one had to restrict fried foods
and fat. But, since my gall bladder died and got removed, my diet has
not changed at all. But then, I never was attracted to fat like Michael
was and had reduced the amount of fried foods in my diet a long time
ago.

We have an air fryer. It would do a better job than just using the
oven. The chicken would come out more crispy.
