I have never argued that non sysops should be excluded at all. That would be
ridiculous.

Just in the case of the FN_SYSOP and FIDO_SYSOP. It is and always has been
stated plainly that those echoes are for sysops only. It is where we chat
amongst ourselves.

That is the detail that you seem to be missing. I am not asking you how your
system is configured or telling you how it should be done. I am just asking you
to consider that one detail.
