I see no apop option in Windows mail. Don't remember if OE has one or not,
hang on a sec.. (f/x grabs another laptop with OE on it).. Options for
secure logon appear to be exactly the same between Windows Mail and OE. I
see SSL, certs, but nothing called APOP in either.

Why in the world would anyone use Frontpage to upload to an FTP based site?
You make the pages with whatever editor you like including frontpage then
use leechftp to upload. It's just so much easier to always use the same ftp
client than to learn how to make all the different editors do ftp.
The real question is does Expressions allow you to upload to a frontpage
based website and can it use the frontpage bots? (I haven't tried
expressions yet)
