It depends on your last telecom-station (german: Wie heisst "Vermittlung"
(DIV) auf englisch?!? ;-). If it is digital (i.e. you can dial via tone) it
is possible. Your provider must have an ISDN-Link in order to provide a
56K-HOST.
As long as your ISP do not have 56K-Host you will not be able to call in.
You cannot call via 56K-Client to an ISDN-Line. Sorry.
