Well Tim, two issues back in home power mag in the question and answer 
section there was a responce to remove the regulator from it, can you tell me 
what to look at it in it I have had it apart last year (winter) it put out l5 
amps on 100 amp interal reg this winter its doing 4 amps and I do not have 
the bucks to replace it!
Also this aritale refures back to issue 42 which is before I bought

thanks any one for your help, Most of time my panels do the chargeing
but 3 weeks ago it was clouldy for 5 days in a row and only two amps showing 
on the meeter out of ll amps of potenchal solar gain.
