You nedd to order a book called ''Hit the white part'' by Massad Ayoob.It's
in the back of most gun magazines.In the book Ayoob tells about the bowling
pin matches and specifically the second chance body armor matches in 
michigan.The book only costs about 8 bucks and is very informative.
