Correct.  HUB was always for netmail routing.  The fact that most hubs also
fed ¨echomail traffic to the ones nodelisted 'under them' is just a
convient way to ¨do things in a long ago time.

FD used to default to route netmail to the nearest hub .  Still
might in ¨case of PVT nodes but havent played with that in a long time.
