I really don't know.  I know some bakeries use it in some of their
pastries.  There was a bakery in New Orleans that did that and did quite a
business there.  It was the only bakery that made real chocolate glazed
donuts -- not that imitation overpriced stuff you see in the bakeries of
today.

Me either.  (-:  Texans like their BBQ spicy.  Where I grew up, we seasoned
food and didn't disguise its true taste with hot sauce.
