Yes....AFAIK. :) The thing is that 56K modems come in two flavors: a "server"
modem and a "Client" modem. The Server modem MUST be connected to a digital
line of some sort (ISDN, T1, T3, etc...) and it sends stuff DOWN at 56k. The
client modem is ONLY capable of RECEIVING at 56k, and uploading at up to
3.6.
