My sentiment exactly, Glenn. My reference was to my freind's exposure
in court if a defense attorney ever found out that his recorder was
rigged to be turned off at will..........period.

And who do you think doesn't know what they are talking about, Glenn?
The point is you could have your case go down the tubes if a jury took
the wrong inferences from the failure to record an entire conversation.
