     Once under Windows v3.11 I played a mid file with one prog and made
     a wave of it at the same time with another program using a 386dx and a
     Sound Galaxy Pro 16. I tried this on a 486dx2 using a SoundBlaster Pro

     and it or it's software would not let me.
     This is not the same as recording and playing a wave at the same time,
     but I found it interesting.
