 FM broadcast deviation is +/- 75Khz with a 25Khz guard band
 on each side.  That is why FM stations are spaced 100Khz.

 Deviation at 150-174Mhz is only 5Khz because only speech is
 being transmitted -- no music.  There are other differences
 in both transmitters and receivers between broadcast and PS.
 The Bearcat sure doesn't have stereo decoding circuits.
  
 Thus you wouldn't get diddly squat from the Bearcat even if
 you could afford a crystal for it.
