Then that would generate a rt 2 for file not found.  Like I said in the other 
message is ya saw it it was the Use32. 8) RT100  is

   þ I/O error occurs during the read operation.

if it was a rt 2 then

 The system cannot find the file specified.

EXPLANATION: The file named in the command does not exist in the
current directory or search path specified or the file name was
entered incorrectly.

I don't know why I added the Use32 when it wasn't needed. 8)
