I will repeat there was more than one request from NC's in Canada to move to zone-2.
 
There was also a request from a zone-1 RC supported by several nodes to
move the specific region in its entirety to zone-2.
 
Both requests, at the highlight of Z1-Z2 animosities, were refused.
