Sheesh, even I remember that Howie goes off whenever there is the remotest
possibility of a Federal Election.  I guess the catalyst this time must have
been Bob getting into Johnny.  Poor old Hoiwe, is probably so fucked up that he
hasn't noticed the next Federal Election aint for a little while yet.  I'm sure
someone will give him one of his little blue pills, and everything in his own
little world will seem right again :)

Pop another pill Howie, you've got to hang in there for another two years.
