   Ever read the disclaimer on the Windows package. It goes something
like "Do not use this software for running critical systems such as
medical instruments, nuclear facilities, etc, etc etc..  Now
that just about says it all :-)

   Windows was supposed to be an interface, not a DOS, now it's just a
big monster ready to bight you if the program is written slightly
badly or you have two clashing "drivers" loaded at the same time.
