So I'm running emule and noticed it's not working as well as normal.
Checking the event log I find this:

TCP/IP has reached the security limit imposed on the number of concurrent
TCP connect attempts.

so now I have to deal with an artificial limit on the file sharing? Anyone
know if there is a registry entry to up this stupid and arbitrary limit
that is supposed to curb the effects of virus?
