I dunno.  I have a great deal of respect for Cooper, and read his
comments and articles with great interest.
But a system where you send a bullet downrange, knowing it's probably
going to miss?  You may get away with this on the range, but on the
STREET?  Something, or **SOMEBODY** is going to stop it.  Cooper seems
awfully cavalier about this last possibility.
