RB> Contrary to what you might hear on this echo (that I'm a lazy

RB> one of the better jobs I've ever had. After taxes, I make about
RB> $544 every two weeks. That's basically how much my rent and
RB> utilities are. So out of my next paycheck must come insurance,

I make $8.25/hour and work 35 hours a week (you can do the math your-
self). Although my rent ($450 for an efficiency apartment) does not
cover utilities, it does include four cable channels (am I lucky or
what). Like you I have insurance (car/health) to pay for, food to
buy, and need quarters to do my laundry. Unlike you, I have a 3 1/2
year old son to care for. Luckily, I don't have child care expenses
and my sons father contributes to our well-being. How do I make it?
I have my priorities in order! I do not live my life as though every-
one owes me something and I do not blame others when things go wrong.
I am in control of my life... I am responsible for my life... my life
is what I (not you or anyone else) make it!
Your problem is your attitude. IOW, how you look at things. Stop
complaining, Ryan. If you don't like the direction your life is going
then do something about it. Your "I can't do this or I can't do
that..." way of thinking doesn't wash with me. Ryan, life is a horse,
and either you ride it, or it rides you!
RB> Basically, I make twice the minumum wage (luckily)
It's really very simple, Ryan! Marijuana just isn't a luxury you can
afford. Perhaps you should REexamine your priorities. IOW, is it
marijuana, or a roof over your head, or food on the table, or gas to
get back and forth to work, or something as simple as quarters to do
your laundry?
RB> and have little to no opportunity to save any money (which is what
RB> gives a person stability).
Wrong! Stability is NOT based on the size of ones savings account.
Although I have very little savings, my life is stable.
