Here is what I had, I had dragged a shortcut to control panel to my
desktop. I switched from classic start menu to the new start menu and it
deleted my control panel shortcut, my computer, network, and admin. I then
switched back to classic menu and everything but control panel reappeared
but in different places.
It seems if you change a setting somewhere, it frells with your desktop
even if you've made custom changes to it. Pissing me off royal it is.. The
start menu is NOT the desktop. This interface was designed by newbies,
swear to god.
