Could it be the desktop cleanup wizard or what the hell it's called? Some
form of it is in XP, but it basically just asks to hide icons that are
rarely used - maybe it's beefed up to be a real housekeeper and not just a
butler at your command? I haven't the faintest clue as to where to look for
it, though...
