Having been raised around the farms I know that the cows and chickens
will do their "thing" according to their own internal clocks. No matter
what time some politician has decreed it to be.
I figure that when the sun is directly overhead - it's noon o'clock.
When the sun has sunk into the western horiozon it's Miller Time. Bv)=

Title: Miley Cyrus' Savannah Beach Sunset

Yield: 1 servings
2 oz Peach schnapps
1 1/2 oz Vodka
3 oz (to 4 oz) mango nectar
1 ts Maraschino cherry juice
1 sl Fresh peach; garnish
1/2 c Ice cubes
Fill a short glass with ice. (I used a short-stemmed
chalice, but a 10-oz Old-Fashioned glass or a large wine
goblet would work well, too.)
Pour peach schnapps and vodka over the ice, and stir.
Pour mango nectar on top and let it descend into the
alcohol layer.
Drizzle the cherry juice across the top, and let it
slowly descend into the drink, creating a streaking
pattern.
Garnish with a peach slice and serve immediately.
