Title: Spicy Beef/Thai Basil

Yield: 2 Servings
12 oz Thinly sliced beef
2 tb Peanut oil (divided)
4 oz Fresh chopped Thai Basil
-Or more
6 oz White onion - sliced
6 oz Bell pepper, sliced
6 tb Fish sauce
3 tb Chili Pepper Sauce (rooster)
(personal note - we used
1 1/2 tablespoon)
1/8 ts White pepper
MMMMM--------------------------NOODLES-------------------------------
6 -8 oz Thai Flat Noodles
Heat wok, add 1 tablespoon of oil.
Add beef and stir fry beef for about 60 seconds, remove from pan,
place in serving bowl.
Add additional oil if necessary. Add vegetables and stir fry until
veggies are crisp tender.
Add basil, stir fry for 30 seconds.
Add chili sauce, white pepper and fish sauce.
Return meat back into work, stir to mix.
Serve at once over Thai noodles
