thank you, man... it has been a long time PITA in this case...
while it was a good idea, i kinda wish that g00r00 had not implemented it in
the server section and left it only to the individual node settings because of
the breakage of random connectivity which FTNs are based on... it completely
breaks the ability for some unknown system to deliver netmail directly... but
hindsight is 20/20...
