On the desktop you can now right click and choose 'Personalize' which will
allow you to change screen attributes.

Add/Remove Programs' are now 'Programs and Features' in Control Panel with
tasks to go online and purchase software and view purchased software in
something called a Digital locker

Just a lot of little changes to irritate an XP/2K user's familiarity
